Shipping and Return Policy.

Jewelry will be shipped in 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description, such as made-to-order pieces.
Currently, we are only shipping to the domestic U.S. All packages are shipped via USPS.
If a customer’s payment fails, their order will be canceled.
Returns will be accepted for refund or exchange if the incorrect items were shipped or if the items arrived damaged. The customer must notify us within 2 days after delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
If an item breaks within 14 days after delivery, it may be sent back for repair or exchange. Shipping will be at the customer's expense.
If the customer would like to exchange their made-to-order ring for a different size, the item may be sent back for exchange. The item must arrive in its original condition. After we inspect and accept the item’s condition, the replacement item will be shipped. Shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Custom order jewelry will not be accepted for return.
Returns will not be accepted if the customer changes their mind.
